NY Times: Trump Administration Moves to Fast-Track Hundreds of Fossil Fuel Projects
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has cited President Trump’s claim of a national energy emergency to speed up permits for new gas pipelines and other projects.

Consisting of about 36,500 civilian and military personnel, the United States Army Corps of Engineers operates under the Department of Defense. Although generally tasked with maintaining critical infrastructure such as dams and canals, the Corps will now be put to use in service of Trump's Executive Order on National Energy Emergency. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has created a new class of “emergency” permits for fossil fuel projects, raising the possibility that pipelines, mines, power plants and other facilities could be fast-tracked for approval as part of President Trump’s demand to increase oil, gas and coal production..The move could reduce the opportunities for the public and local officials to weigh in on the effects of proposed projects. It may even short-circuit the National Environmental Policy Act, a 55-year-old law that requires federal agencies to analyze the environmental effects of major projects before they are built. That process can take months or even years, depending on the project’s complexity."

“The Trump administration appears to be gearing up to use false claims of an ‘energy emergency’ to fast-track and rubber-stamp federal approvals for projects across the country that will be destructive to America’s wetlands, waterways and communities,” said David Bookbinder, the director of law and policy at the Environmental Integrity Project, a watchdog group."

Now, who could possibly have foreseen that the awesome capabilities of the USACE would be harnessed in such unprecedented and dramatic fashion by Commander Trump -- using the authority of a "National Emergency?" Answer: Q, that's who! There were several cryptic references to "Red Castle" in the Q Posts -- a red castle being the logo of the USACE. Later on, Trump came right out and showed us that the Corps was quietly enlisted to build many miles of border wall -- followed by another Q post leaving no doubt that the Corps was serving Trump.

The USACE's engineering and building capabilities are awesome. But when engineering expertise combines with military efficiency, there's no telling what we can expect to be built or rebuilt in very short order. USACE's website boasts:

Indeed, USACE knows how to get shit done, and really fast too. So does Commander Trump -- who is so CLEARLY functioning as an Emergency Military Ruler that even the most severely Black Pilled should be able to see it by now... (or maybe not).
