Analysis: The Deep State's mighty international VOA -- most likely by means of Executive Order 13818 -- has been seized and flipped into the VOQ. The new version was led by a Q operative whose role to date was -- as part of White Hat sting operations -- to be cheated out of Senate and Gubernatorial elections in Arizona. The Voice of America was established in 1942 -- America's first year of direct involvement in World War II. It is the largest US international broadcaster, producing Globalist propaganda in digital, TV, and radio format in 48 languages for affiliates around the world. Headquartered in DC, VOA's propaganda reached about 330 million adults per week across all platforms.

During the war, VOA's role was to produce anti-German propaganda for not only Germans and Europeans, but Latin Americans as well. Even before Japan's justified attack on Pearl Harbor in December of 1941, FDR's regime had already begun providing propagandized "news" and commentary to the American shortwave radio stations. The Office of War Information officially took over VOA's operations and partnered with the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) to begin pumping propaganda into North Africa, Italy and Asia. By the end of the war, VOA, mostly from production centers in New York and San Francisco, was propagandizing in 40 different languages..After the war, the propaganda target was the Soviet Union. In 1947, VOA began broadcasting to the Soviet citizens of Russia. The objective was not to "fight Communism" or to liberate the people, but rather, to destabilize the Soviet Union in advance of the day when the Globalists, working with Russian internal "fifth columnists," could collapse the USSR and then swallow up its component republics into the New World Order. In 1989, Voice of America, working in tandem with the Soros Mafia, expanded its Chinese programming for the same nefarious purpose. In December 2017, the Russian government, presided over by Vladimir Putin, classified VOA as a "foreign agent" and severely curtailed its activities.
