Another Titan of Tech has fallen -- or has he? Pavel Durov is a Russian (now "French") entrepreneur, and investor who co-founded Telegram Messenger Inc., and a co-founder of social networking site VK (short for its Russian name, "InContact"). A true "citizen of the world" who is home everywhere and nowhere, Durov has held citizenship in four countries over the past four years -- Russia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, the United Arab Emirates, and France. He is listed on the Forbes Billionaires List. As of today, Durov is ranked the 120th richest person in the world with a net worth of $15.5 billion, mainly driven by Telegram, where he was CEO. And now, he's in jail, supposedly.

The article reveals how Durov -- back during the days when the Deep State was destabilizing Russia through its wholly-owned "opposition groups" --refused to shut down the social pages of traitorous anti-Putin politicians. Durov responded to the request online by defiantly posting a picture of a hoodie-wearing dog with its tongue out, accompanied by writing: “Official response to the intelligence services to the request to block groups.”

But aiding and abetting the CIA-Mossad anti-Putin treason is not what finally landed Durov in prison. No. It was the aiding and abetting (refusal to cooperate) of something far more sinister: From the article:

"French prosecutors said Mr. Durov was being held as part of an investigation opened last month into crimes related to child pornography, fraud, drug trafficking and money laundering. French authorities noted Telegram’s lack of cooperation with law enforcement. Mr. Durov remained in custody, which can be extended through Wednesday."

"Crime against children." Where have we heard that mantra before? In short, the Q Team is behind Durov's fall from grace. Can you say, Executive Order 13818? Or is it? Adding intrigue and confusion to this huge development is the fact that the Russian government is "concerned" over the arrest of Durov and demanding answers from France. What's the game being played here?
Durov once aided Putin's treasonous opponents, but now Putin is backing up the Russian ex-pat? Why? Could Durov actually be "Durov" now? Could the arrest itself be fake ("How do you introduce evidence legally?" - Q)
We cannot say with any degree of certainty whether Durov's alleged role involved direct participation in the demonic practice of child kidnap and sexual abuse, or whether it's just after-the-fact coverup for fellow elites -- or whether he is a "White Hat" / "Gray Hat." But one thing is clear, he was one of those tech giants who, prior to the age of Q and Trump, could do whatever he damn well pleased and get away with it. This would have been especially so while based in a country like France, which had a homosexual president and tranny "wife" -- prior to their replacement by the current White Hat actors, that is.

Durov, Sandberg, Zuckerberg, Bezos, Schmidt, Dorsey, Musk, Wojcicki, Cook, Gates et al --- all relatively young and seemingly untouchable Tech Titans --- now either dead, "resigned" or placed under obvious submission, exactly as Q had foretold. -- but I'm sure this all just "coincidental." Let's see what drama come out of this arrest or "arrest."
