Republicans have accused the Southern Poverty Law Center, which is best known for investigating hate groups, of unfairly targeting conservative and Christian organizations.

In 2017, when this website was still known as TomatoBubble.com, your favorite historian / journalist here was awarded the high honor of being listed as a "Hate Group" on the interactive online map put out by the Southern Poverty Law Center. Though amused by the welcome attention at first, it soon became apparent that this targeting evidently had some teeth to it. There followed ugly hate mail, Google search suppression, deplatforming from YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and PayPal, and the cruelest cut of them all -- Amazon's pressure-induced "Holocausting" of my claim-to-fame World War 2 book, The Bad War. Ouch!.
It is therefore with great satisfaction that we should all welcome the news of the Trump Justice Department announcing charges (replayed) against the SPLC. From the article:
."The Justice Department charged the Southern Poverty Law Center, a civil rights group that has long tracked hate groups, on Tuesday with financial crimes, accusing it of defrauding donors by using their money to secretly pay informants inside extremist organizations.
.Prosecutors describe how one informant, which the law center refers to as a field source, “was a member of the online leadership chat group that planned the 2017 ‘Unite the Right’ event in Charlottesville, Virginia, and attended the event at the direction of the S.P.L.C.” That rally included torch-wielding marchers chanting antisemitic slogans, and violent clashes that culminated with one participant ramming his car into a group of counterprotesters, killing a woman and leaving at least 19 others injured. The informant “made racist postings under the supervision of the S.P.L.C. and helped coordinate transportation to the event,” the charging document said. Between 2015 and 2023, the informant received more than $270,000 from the group, the indictment said."
.In short, the Marxist false flaggers were finally caught false flagging the "far right." Perfect!
Blanche & Patel announce the take-down of the 55-year-old SPLC -- a domestic legal terror group which once classified Mike King as a "Hate Group" and got The Bad War censored.
The SPLC was founded in Montgomery, Alabama as a "Civil Right Law Firm" in 1971 by Morris Seligman Dees of Alabama, Joseph Levin Jr. (cough cough), and token Black goyJulian Bond. It is said that Dees's middle name of "Seligman" was given by his grandfather to honor a Jewish friend, but many speculate that he is actually part Jewish. The SPLC functioned as a lesser version of the Anti-Defamation League, targeting "right wing" groups with lawsuits, smear campaigns and even induced scrutiny from its friends in the FBI.
.But after they ran out of big bad "right wing extremists" and "white supremacists" to hunt down, the historically untouchable SPLC manufactured its own Straw Men through the use of paid agents pretending to be this or that "bad guy" of the day. SPLC's cleverly scripted characters and events served the dual purpose of setting up its media allies with "racists" to attack -- and fundraising off of SPLC's stupid "anti-racist" donors who truly believed that Bubba in the KKK robe and Heinrich in the "Nazi" uniform were actual characters. This is now being publicly exposed by Trump's DOJ, and with devastating, organization-killing consequences for Dees / "Dees" and his cunning clique.
.A class-action lawsuit sure would be nice. Those sleazy m-effers cost this writer a lot of royalties at a time when The Bad War (still available here) was selling like hotcakes. Just sayin' .
.Trust the plan.
1. Morriss Selugman Dees // 2 &3. SPLC, working with its Fed partners, created and funded the very "KKK" and "NeoNazi" scares which they not only fundraised off of, but also used to attack Trump.
