Donald E. Newhouse, the billionaire media mogul who for decades ran the newspaper division of the Advance Publications Empire died on Tuesday at his estate in Lambertville, N.J. He was 96.We suspect that even many of the most informed among the readership must be scratching your heads while asking yourselves: "Who was Donald Newhouse?"
